These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of apply.categoryhaus.ai and our related pages (the "Site"), operated by Category Haus LLC ("Category Haus," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site describes our services and lets you apply for a strategy call. Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee that we will accept you as a client, schedule a call, or provide services. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
3. Applications and communications
When you submit an application, you agree that we and our team may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your application, your call, and our services. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply for text messages. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No guarantee of results
Any figures, case studies, testimonials, or examples on the Site reflect specific results and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Business results depend on many factors we do not control, including your offer, market, effort, execution, and economic conditions. Any specific guarantee we may offer will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and Category Haus, and only the terms of that agreement apply to it. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Category Haus and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. "Category Haus" and related marks are our trademarks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Category Haus LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
